In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bbk99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bbk99 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" refers to the bbk99 website accessible at bbk99.io, including all pages, subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related digital services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• " Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bbk99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active Bangladeshi mobile number. You undertake to promptly update this information if any of it changes.

KYC Verification

bbk99 applies a full KYC verification process prior to processing withdrawal requests and periodically during the account lifecycle. Verification documents may include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Passport (valid and unexpired)
• Birth registration certificate where NID is unavailable
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Mobile wallet ownership verification for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts used for transactions

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bbk99 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account closure. bbk99 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify bbk99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bbk99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

All financial transactions on the bbk99 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bbk99 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Rocket), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards where applicable.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits of the selected payment method and your account tier
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time under normal circumstances. Processing delays caused by the payment provider are beyond bbk99's control.
• bbk99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match your KYC documentation.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the bbk99 finance team.
• Players at Silver tier and above may expect withdrawal processing times of approximately two minutes to mobile wallets under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• bbk99 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for updated KYC documentation.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money balances derived from legitimate wagering activity are withdrawable.

• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the account without compensation.

Strategies determined by bbk99 to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• VIP tier rewards, including cashback percentages and withdrawal priority, are recalculated at the end of each calendar month based on verified wagering volume during that period.

All bets placed on the bbk99 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game. For cricket betting, bbk99 follows internationally recognised cricket betting rules including provisions for rain interruptions, DLS method application, match abandonment, and player substitutions in accordance with ICC playing conditions.

In the event of any technical malfunction — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — that results in a bet being placed incorrectly or a game result being returned in error, bbk99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. bbk99's decision in such matters is final.

bbk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected match-fixing or collusion, receipt of a chargeback, or identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 08.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bbk99 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance, including both Real Money and Bonus Funds, as a set-off against any losses, costs, or liabilities arising from the breach.
